Aska currently holds an ICF certification as a Leadership and Holistic Mindset coach and works with executives, professionals, and young leaders globally to discover their Holistic Harmony and intrinsic mode of Self-Leadership. Using her proprietary diagnostic assessments and experiences coaching in private sectors from entertainment and healthcare to aviation, she brings her 20+ years of teaching and training steeped in personal development, communication psychology, and energetic presence to her practice. Aska’s mission is to partner with conscious medical visionaries like BioNektar to accelerate supraliminal human growth through optimized well-being and rewriting their authentic SELF-story.
Currently, Aska sits on the Board of Governors of the Japan America Society of Southern California, co-chairing its Women’s Leadership Counts Committee. Additionally, she contributes to the US-Japan relation as she works closely with the Consulate-General of Japan Los Angeles as a professional interpreter for delegations from Japan. She is also California and Japan’s Ambassador for Female Wave of Change, a European non-profit organization, and an active member of the Beverly Hills Chamber of Commerce, supporting their Health & Wellness and Young Professionals Network Committee.
