Growing up in an ashram learning yoga, following my father’s army fitness routines and playing several different sports began my passion for understanding the human body, more specifically – biomechanics and movement.
- Why do some people have incredible super human abilities while others are considered normal?
- Why do some individuals have episodes of pain or recurring injuries?
- What does it mean to be durable?
- How can there be some individuals older than 70 yet look and feel amazing?
Digging deep for some of these answers allowed me to improve many individuals physical experiences. From rehabilitation post-surgery, treating scoliosis, to working with professional athletes for top performance. My goal and committment is to help you create a mind-body connection within yourself and to ultimately improve your quality of life.
