Deep Sleep contains ingredients that have been proven to promote sleep and relaxation:

Magnesium: is a mineral that helps relax our muscles and create a sense of wellness.

Vitamin B6: aids in the production of the hormones serotonin and melatonin, both of which are important to sound, restful sleep, and also to mood. 

L-tryptophan: helps improve sleep because it increases melatonin and serotonin, which work in harmony to regulate a person’s sleep-wake cycle.

Valerian root: promotes sleep and reduces anxiety through its interaction with GABA and the antioxidants it contains, which appear to have sedative and sleep-enhancing properties.

More Deep Sleep ingredients:

Goji berries: have high levels of magnesium and thiamine (vitamin B1) which help to reduce anxiety and promote relaxation.

Chamomile: is commonly regarded as a mild tranquilizer or sleep inducer. Its calming effects may be attributed to an antioxidant called apigenin, which is found in abundance in chamomile tea.

GABA: is an inhibitory neurotransmitter turns of the stress response and promotes deep sleep.

5-HTP: can promote sleep by increasing melatonin production in your body. One human-based study showed that a combination of 5-HTP and gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) significantly reduced the time it took to fall asleep, increased sleep duration and improved sleep quality.

Ashwagandha root extract: can improve sleep quality and can help in managing insomnia.

Melatonin: helps to regulate your sleep wake cycle and can provide relief from insomnia, jet lag and has anti-aging properties.
